Shipping policy

Shipping costs vary based on the shipping destination and the number of items purchased.

With a minimum spend of €25, shipping costs are in free with express service throughout Italy with delivery within 24/48 working hours or within 4 days.

Same-day shipments are made for orders received before 12pm via BRT, Poste Italiane, DHL, TNT or UPS courier. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.

Free collection at our office is also available.

Orders are usually shipped the same day if order is completed by 12:00 PM with delivery expected within 4 days in Italy with standard service or within the timeframe indicated during checkout with paid options. Standard timeframes in 5 days in Europe.

Actual shipping times and delivery dates may vary depending on your local postal service in your area.

Minor islands: shipping coverage is throughout the national territory. Minor islands or remote locations require an extra 24h, based on the logistics office closest to the shipping address and a supplement of €1.50 compared to central areas of Italy.

Franco Italy:

  • Free for orders over €25
  • Contribution of €7.50 on all shipments in Central Italy for orders under €25 with BRT Express or Poste
    Contribution of €9.00 on all shipments to Italy, Islands and Disadvantaged Areas for orders under €25
  • 7.50 BRT express service
  • 12€ Standard UPS Service
  • Cash on delivery charges in Italy (i.e. payment on delivery) equal to €3.

Abroad:
